Provided Construction Contract Administration and Construction Engineering & Inspection (CE&I) services for the LA 1 Port Allen Bridge Replacement Phase 2 project, a major transportation improvement crossing the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway. The project included construction of a new northbound bridge, exit ramp bridge, roadway reconstruction, MSE walls, embankment, and high mast lighting to improve regional mobility and support critical traffic corridors serving West Baton Rouge Parish and Interstate 10.
Managing construction while minimizing impacts to LA 1, Interstate 10, and local traffic.
Coordinating bridge construction activities adjacent to an active navigation channel.
Sequencing bridge, roadway, and ramp construction while maintaining access and mobility.
Working alongside transportation agencies, contractors, utilities, and local stakeholders to ensure project success.
