St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Administrative Headquarters, Slidell, LA: 40,000 SF new administrative headquarters. This 24 hr facility is the Sheriff’s command center during natural disasters. Facility includesa large multi-purpose training and press-release room.
St. Tammany Parish Justice Center, Covington, LA: This 312,000 SF project included 14 Courtrooms, Judges Chambers, Admin. Offices, DA’s Office, Clerk of Court, Purchasing, Election, Civil, Criminal, and Land Record Departments. Site work included public plazas and parking for over 800 vehicles.
St. Tammany Parish Justice Center Parking Garage & Office Building, Covington, LA: A new 3-story, 535 vehicle open parking garage of approximately 204,000 SF with an additional 10,000 SF of office space constructed on a portion of the existing parking lot.
St. Tammany Parish Mosquito Abatement, District No. 2, Slidell, LA: Part of a comprehensive upgrade to St. Tammany Parish’s facilities and long term plan for mosquito control services. Designed to accommodate admin. offices, laboratories, vehicle maintenance, chemical storage & multi-purpose rooms.
Kenner Police Headquarters & Jail, Kenner, LA: This project is a multi-use facility consisting of the police headquarters, jail, 911 call center, special operations center and modern crime lab.
Jefferson Parish District Attorney Building, Gretna, LA: This Neo-Classical 5 story office building houses all of the various departments of the Jefferson Parish District Attorney's office.
St. Bernard Parish Mosquito Control Facility, Violet, LA: FEMA replacement of a garage and administration buildings for SBPG Mosquito Control. This project included the rebuilding of the Mosquito Control’s facilities at a new site.
St. Tammany Parish Emergency 911 Operations Building, Covington, LA: Renovations and alterations of the old Covington Courthouse, a 1950’s contemporary style building, into a state-of-the-art Emergency Operations Center.
Washington Parish 911 Communications Tower, Sheridan, LA: Construction of a 400 foot tall guyed solid steel triangular tower and associated pre-cast concrete communications equipment buildings.
Washington Parish Emergency Operations, Sheridan, LA: This project was developed in conjunction with the Master Plan Development of the 7 acre site. It involved three phases of construction for a 21,800 SF Multi Agency Emergency Communications Center.
Kenner High School Feasibility Study, Kenner, LA: The 1924 Historic Kenner High School will undergo renovations to accommodate the adaptive reuse of the facility for the City of Kenner Government Services.

Dr. Grand Family Dentistry, Mandeville, LA: The facility houses 7 operatories, x-ray, records, sterilization, administrative offices, and a separate tenant office space on the second floor.
Dr. Do Family Dentistry, Marrero, LA: The facility houses 7 operatories, lab, x-ray, records, consultation, and administrative offices. The vaulted interiors, neutral colors, use natural light and materials all contribute in putting the patient at ease during dental procedures.

Slidell High School, 9th Street Building and Walkway Canopies, Slidell, LA: New construction of a special needs addition and covered bus drop-off at the 9th street side of an existing classroom building. Included a life skills kitchen, teaching lab, classroom and a new covered bus drop-off.
Terrytown Library Renovations, Terrytown, LA: Renovation and ADA upgrades for this 5,340SF library including bringing the facility into compliance with current ADA requirements, reorienting building’s main entry to the parking, providing new finishes, HVAC, electrical, and Information systems.
Audubon Elementary School Classroom Expansion, Kenner, LA:Four (4) classroom addition to this Jefferson Parish school. Also consisted of a canopy addition and interior renovations for a transition space between the existing facility and the proposed addition.
Autumn PlaceTownhomes and Condominiums, Mandeville, LA: Multifamily urban in-fill project with Classical detailing creating the feel of the French Quarter Community. Design consisted of three different types of residential buildings: (10) three story town homes, (5) two story courtyard garden
Chapel Creek Planned Unit Development, Mandeville, LA: A planned unit development combining a commercial strip center at the front of the site with (10) 3-story condo buildings at the back of the site. The project totaled 168 condo units on the 11 acre site.
Chenier Apartments, Mandeville, LA: This unique development was conceived utilizing traditional town planning concepts. The project included 24 Residential Apartment Buildings, 2 Live-Work, 1 Retail, a Community Clubhouse, and an Outdoor Concert Space on a 21 acre site.
Square 1907 was a planned unit development on a 2 acre site near downtown Covington. The project design was a mix of rentable office suites on the ground floor with residential loft-style condos on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
